Is it possible to exchange an item?
As a general rule, it is not possible to exchange an item directly. Instead, return the unwanted item and place a new order on our website. You will receive a new order confirmation and warranty.
How Much Does It Cost to Return an Item?
Using our return label costs 39 DKK, which is offset when you receive your refund. The parcel label will be sent to your email when you create a return. The parcel label must be attached to the package you wish to return. When you use our parcel label, your package is fully insured and can be tracked all the way.
When will I get my money back?
Once we have received your return package in our returns department, our returns team will begin processing your return. We have a 2-3 day processing time, depending on season and busyness. Once your return has been processed, the money will be refunded to the card or payment method used when ordering.
Condition of the Item upon Return
When you return an item, it is important that the following criteria are met:
- The item was purchased within 30 days.
- Original packaging for the item is available.

- Please state the reason for the return, and your return package label will be sent to you by email.
- Wait for your package label and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Pack your return securely and send it to us.
